Backstory:
Avila was born on her species' home planet, Yhmver (Ih-mm-vv-err think of it as in-ver but instead of an n, an m). She grew up as an only yhmling (child). Since Avila didn't have anyone her age to play around with, she had to entertain herself on her own; considering her parents weren't around often. Usually out hunting or working.

Avila began hunting for her family at 63 (10). She developped decent fighting skills by the time she was 100 (16), then very good skills by the time she was 126 (20). She had matured a lot. At 138 (22) she began to search for a job. After a long (human) year of bad jobs, she heard from gossip about a ship called BEN that needed workers. Avila applied for all of the jobs, but her fighting skills got her into the soldier position that she's in now.


Personality:
Avila is a very friendly benyhm. She's social, kind, and most of the time; extroverted. It's slightly difficult to get on her bad side, but if someone happens to gets on her bad side; it's probably for a good reason.
She may be extroverted, but she's usually very relaxed. Avila likes changing things up a bit, but she also enjoys going with the flow just as much. She's not picky about what she eats, what she wears, or what she does; making her a very agreeable benyhm.
Avila can also be funny. She likes telling funny jokes and stories, as well as scary stories. She basically enjoys anything that can entertain people; giving another reason as to why she's fun to be around.

When it comes to being in battle or in a fight, Avila is completely different. Her fun, spunky personality disappears; to make room for strict seriousness.

Roleplay sample:
Intense, nauseating beeping disrupted Avila's peaceful resting. She rolled over on her bed in the direction of the source of the beeping, then slammed her left hand down on it; causing it to fade into silence. She gently rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and yawned. "Good morning." she croaked out in a sleepy voice.
She sat up on the edge of the bed and waited to see if anyone would reply. A minute passed and no one replied. She yawned, then stood up and stretched her arms, then cracked her knuckles. She lazily walked over to the bathroom, so that she could get washed up, change, and be ready for the day.
Once she was done, Avila padded out of her dorm room and went to the elevators. As she began the descent, she sighed; a relaxed sigh. "Good morning, BEN."
